Swollen Sun, Swollen Tongue

about

The 'Swollen Sun, Swollen Tongue' EP was recorded at Crunch House in West Haven on November 27, 2016. It was a night full of loud and exciting groups in a small, yet inspiring venue. Loud and aggressive was the agenda that evening and it reflects in the 'too hot' / 'overblown' recording. It was a fun and all-out performance. The recording is for prosperity, distortion and all.

*Note
The performance was recorded on an inexpensive digital stereo recorder. The track contains no edits and has only been treated with minimal amounts of EQ, reverb, and limiting. The recording is kind of lo-fi, which fits the band’s aesthetic.
